By accessing and using Struk ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Struk is a text formatting and structuring tool that uses AI to help users clean, format, and organize their written content. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with both free and paid tiers.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
  • Automatic renewal unless canceled
  • No refunds for partial months, except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Usage Limits

Free accounts are limited to 10 conversions per day. Pro accounts have unlimited conversions. We reserve the right to modify usage limits with reasonable notice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the Service for any illegal or harmful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you input into the Service. We retain all rights to the Service itself, including our software, design, and branding. The formatted output generated by the Service is yours to use as you wish.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. AI-generated formatting may contain errors, and you are responsible for reviewing all output.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Struk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
